For homeschooling families
Keep homeschool records you can trust.
Log your day in seconds, track the days and hours your state asks for, and generate the exact filing it requires. All offline, all yours.
Everything in one place
Built for real homeschool life
Logging
Log a whole day in seconds
Tap a subject and it is logged. Recurring routines confirm in one tap. Log once for several kids, or backfill a past day. It all works without a signal.
- Sub-10-second subject logging
- Recurring routines that build a flexible weekly schedule
- Type a sentence, get parsed entries on-device
Compliance
Generate the actual filing, not a checklist
Most apps just list the rules. Homeschoolio fills in the documents your state wants, from the records you already logged, as review-ready PDFs you can print or share.
- Affidavits, IHIPs, portfolios, quarterly reports, and education plans
- Day and hour progress toward your state's rules
- Deadline reminders so you never miss a filing
Records that last
Transcripts, GPA, and portfolios
Build college-ready high-school transcripts with weighted and unweighted GPA and credits. Snap photos of work and assemble a state-appropriate portfolio in a tap.
- Weighted and unweighted GPA, honors and AP
- Work samples and standardized test scores for portfolios
- Reading logs and printable booklists
- A free year-in-review keepsake to close out the year
The compliance difference
It matters most in high-regulation states
In states that ask for affidavits, portfolios, and evaluations, the difference between a checklist and a finished document is hours of work. Homeschoolio does the document.
One app, every record
Your log book, gradebook, planner, and transcripts in one place
Homeschoolio replaces the spreadsheet, the log book, and the planner with one fast app. Log the day in seconds, and your attendance, grades, and transcripts build themselves.
Homeschool log book
Tap a subject and the day is logged, dated, and saved. Backfill a past day or log once for several kids, even offline.
Planner and weekly schedule
Set recurring routines and a flexible weekly schedule, then confirm the day in one tap. Plan as little or as much as you like.

An attendance tracker that counts your days and instructional hours as you log, with a printable attendance sheet for your records.
Gradebook and report cards
A simple gradebook with weighting and averages, plus polished report cards you can print for any term.
Transcripts and GPA
A high-school transcript generator with weighted and unweighted GPA, credits, and honors or AP weighting.
Portfolios and state filings
